Before starting, collect all necessary documents, including your MC/DOT number, W-9 form, and Certificate of Insurance (COI). Some brokers may also require a Broker-Carrier Agreement and factoring company details if applicable. Having these ready will speed up the process.
Visit the broker’s website or online portal and fill out the carrier setup form. Enter your company details, MC/DOT number, insurance information, and payment details as required. Upload the necessary documents in the designated sections, ensuring all information is accurate to avoid processing delays.
Once the form is completed and all documents are uploaded, submit the carrier setup online. Some portals provide instant confirmation, while others may require manual review. Follow up via email or phone to verify the status and approval so you can start hauling loads without delay.
Once you complete the carrier setup below, we will email you a Dispatch Service Agreement along with a General Power Of Attorney (Agent) and you’ll all be set. Don’t forget to attach your MC Authority, W9 & Insurance below!
